Track Your Order

We know you can’t wait to receive your beautiful new florals! Use the information below to track your package every step of the way from our studio in Newtown to your doorstep.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped (usually within 1–3 business days), you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and the name of the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Need Help?

  • Tracking Status Not Updating: It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan your package and for the tracking information to appear in their system.

  • Order Not Shipped Yet: Remember, our handling time is 1–3 business days. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 business days, please contact us.

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 days or says “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please email us immediately.
