Thank you for shopping at Brycen Floral. We take pride in the quality of our premium silk floral arrangements. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
I. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your request must be initiated within this 30-day timeframe.
II. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a successful return, please make sure that:

The item is in its original packaging.

The item is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

All original tags and labels are still attached.

You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
III. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@brycenfloral.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
IV. Return Shipping Costs

For Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is damaged or incorrect due to our error, Brycen Floral will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.

For Change of Mind (Personal Preference): If you wish to return an item for reasons unrelated to quality (e.g., you changed your mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
V. Restocking Fee
We believe in transparency. Brycen Floral does not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
VI. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@brycenfloral.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund.
VII. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Final sale items.

Gift cards.

Custom-made floral arrangements (unless they arrive damaged).
VIII. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
