Shipping Policy

At Brycen Floral, we are committed to providing clear, transparent, and reliable shipping information to our customers. Our goal is to ensure your premium silk florals arrive safely and promptly at your doorstep.

I. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

II. Order Cutoff Time

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time – EST).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day.

III. Shipping Time (Transit Time)

  • Transit Time: 5–7 business days.

  • Transit time begins after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

  • Total estimated delivery time (handling + transit): 6–10 business days.

  • Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination and carrier conditions.

IV. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

We do NOT ship to:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories.

  • APO/FPO or military addresses.

  • P.O. Boxes.

  • A valid physical street address is required for all deliveries.

V. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping (flat rate): $6.99 USD.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

  • Sales Tax: For residents of Pennsylvania, a 6% sales tax will be applied to the order total (including shipping, where applicable) at checkout.

VI. Shipping Carriers

To ensure your delicate silk arrangements are handled with care, we partner with:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS The carrier is selected automatically based on package size, weight, and your specific destination.

VII. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

VIII. Delivery Issues & Damaged Goods

  • Address Accuracy: Brycen Floral is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Damaged Items: While silk flowers are durable, if your order arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us at support@brycenfloral.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will prioritize a replacement or refund for you.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office before contacting us.
