How It Works:

  1. Check Your Email: As soon as your package is dispatched (usually within 1 - 2 business days after placing your order), you will receive an automated Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

  2. Enter Your Details: Copy the tracking number from your email and paste it into the tracking tool below (or use the link provided in your email).

Important Shipping Reminders:

  • Tracking Activation: Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL) to update and scan your tracking number into their system after you receive the notification.

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard domestic transit time inside the United States takes 5 - 7 business days. Total delivery time includes both processing and transit times.

  • Multiple Packages: If you ordered multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped in separate packages to ensure the safest transport for our delicate artificial flora. In this case, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
